Barbie's Mod exercise ensemble features a red long sleeve leotard, sheer red pantyhose and red buckle flats. 

It also includes her exercise accessories and these can be very hard to find.

The leotard and tights are fairly easy to find, but they are prone to holes, snags and runs and it is a bit more difficult to find it in great condition.   write up from doll reference.. Have included the picture from doll reference of the original outfit.   Our  lovely outfit is complete.  We have all the ingredients and in very good condition..
