Vogue 1892. top and dress. fitted top has shoulder pads, princess seams, self lined shaped peplum and above elbow or long sleeves.. A belt with pleated tie ends.. purchased belt. Strt skirt below mid knee, waistband, side zip. use silkie jacquard, tissue faille, ltwt wool crepe, satin back crepe etc.. bit of wear. a rub, not perfect, nice tissue.
