THIS PATTERN INCLUDES EXTRA CUT-LINES FOR MATERNITY FIT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADAPT IT TO MATERNITY USE. Yoked top A has standing collar, sleeves turned up to form cuffs. Front yoked top B has standing collar, ties, long sleeves gathered into cuffs, and lace trim. Front yoked top C has ribbon ties and ribbon trim. Front yoke top D with embroidery and purchased applique, has tie belt and loose bib included in neck and shoulder seams.
