8" CARVED WOODEN AFRICAN NATIVE DOLL ON STOOL FUR CAPE, AWESOME THIS handsome native figure is totally amazing.. all carved out of wood, two tone wood on his head, he is wearing earrings and pearly jewelery  ..  This would be a specific tribe that has the tongue in that position.. He has a walking stick in hand sitting on a wooden stool.  red cotton garment, .. A talisman lock of hair in one hand, this figure is a study.   Filed lr cabinet.. 5 2021 inv.   will go as parcel or packet mail.    The wood is quite lightweight...   Not shown in the pictures he travels with his shield...  He has a cape of dried fur and believe it is probably deer.     If I had to estimate age it is not antique, circa 1960s to maybe 1970s.
