Complete, with instructions.  nice pattern Advance 8762  size 18.   used web picture.. nice condition.   partly cut checked out ok all accounted for.. use cotton broadcloth, pique, poplin, silk linen, jersey etc..  zipper, buttons, buckle     dress with blouson bodice, stand away notched collar.. Complete sleeve is one with bodice front, set into armhole in bodice back.  Soft shoulder folds in back.. Slim skirt has folds at side front.. Inverted pleat in back..   dress has short sleeves or below elbow sleeves...  OLD SIZING    38 inch bust...
