21" ANTIQUE SHOULDER PLATE VICTORIAN CHALKY FACE BLONDE DOLL, BLACK DRESS, BUSTLE

She is definitely on my top ten best favorites in dolldom. She is so antique and has that chubby chalky face. I believe her dress is from her era and could be original, all black and a bustle at the back.. and maybe her underwear as shown in pictures.. She really needs a good home. She needs attention.. Her hair really needs attention and grooming. She came from a large collection. I have had her for a few years and finally getting around to her..  I would estimate Victorian era to maybe 1910 or so. she is about 21 inches tall. This doll belongs to a friend that I was selling dolls for her. She really needs a good home that can properly bring her back to her glory. Face is like a chalky material, cotton body, shoulder plate and compo maybe lower limbs painted shoes. thank you..   CHAR  FILE VAN 10 2020
