Flare skirt has elastic waist. cuffs have velcro closures.. all have purchased trim.. Misses skirt lower calf. children's skirt above mid knee. purchased hat, pants, belt.. use only flame retardant fabrics etc. which meet flammability standards.. use ltwt broadcloth, ltwt satin, ltwt suedecloth.. 1996 out of print uncut.
