Description 60's Butterick 5207, Mod, A Line Dress (S) This 60's pattern makes a Semi-fitted A-line dress has front yoke and short sleeves. View A has bias shaped collar, patch pockets, top-stitch and button trim. View B with jewel neckline has self tie belt. such a great 68 pattern only a few pieces two big ones and smaller ones.. bit of edge wear.. No instructions just the tissue and the envelope. circa 1968 when sizing changed over.. bust 34 waist 25.5 inches used web picture nice pattern
