8'' CRAGGY CLAY FACE ELDER WOMAN DOLL, HOMESPUN CLOTHES, SHAWL

I don't know the origin of this clay doll.. I suspect she could be Welsh or Scottish or French.. about 8 inches tall as you see her, very well put together with multiple homespun layers.. clay lower limbs.. craggy carved clay face, painted features, white hair, wearing a very full red and white apron, of polished cotton, over a homespun burlap dark grey skirt and under that flanellette print nightgown type underskirt, very soft and cozy., she is wearing flannel bloomers, black socks and her clay feet are showing through the socks... arms move up and down., she came with an old tartan scarf as well.. nice homespun folk art doll about 8 or so inches tall.. doll room shelf 2 inventory 1633. filed ok  4 2022 inv
