Clothing shipped to international and USA destinations will go as small packet airmail due to customs.    HISTORY unknown skipper I believe top Hong Kong label a nautical blue top with snap, red dot scarf brass buttons.  nice top.  filed 5 2021 inv    dont know what the Barbie name of this top is but very sailorish and cute circa 60s on estimate. double breasted brass buttons in front with attached red polka dot scarf attached to the blue top, sleeveless.. nice top needs a bit of pressing.. Hong Kong label inside.... I tried this top on Skipper vintage doll and it fits her nicely. too small for Barbie dolls.. sweet cotton top nice condition, label inside
