AS I RECEIVED HER, SHE HAS BEEN RESTRUNG, original adorable dark red musical dress with Mary on front.. molded white shoe boots with red trim. jointed.. arms, one piece frozen body.. circa 1953 in the 7 inch size.. high blush, sweetest face, blonde hair with original heart in felt on the side.. sleep eyes, painted lashes.. well made. filed inv lr cabinet 11 2020. Her name was Mary Pauline Hartline and she was born in Illinois in 1927. After graduating from high school, she moved to Chicago to pursue a career in modelling and dancing. Ideal produced Mary Hartline dolls in three sizes, 22 inch, 15 inch and 7 inch. Another version was produced by the Duchess doll company. Ideal is stamped on her back.
