AS I RECEIVED HER, SWEET ANTIQUE DOLL, PRETTY SURE THE HEAD IS ORIGINAL JAPANESE BISQUE HEAD, BLUE GLASS EYES, OPEN MOUTH TEETH AND A REDDISH  MOHAIR BABY WIG.  TOO CUTE..    her body is all porcelain or bisque.  chubby baby body.  newer vintage,  wearing an older peach crepey silky dress and ribbon in her hair.. Filed lr 10 2021 inv. cabinet.  reduced lr redddeer inv 2023 ..  My feeling is she is a Morimura Japan doll. and she has been identified as a Morimura Bros. Japan doll.   I think she is precious..
