Vintage 1964 Simplicity sewing pattern 5642. Misses One-Piece and Two-Piece Dress in Proportioned Sizes. V. 1 dress is styled with a square neckline and tie collar, long set-in sleeves and a back zipper closing. V. 2 top is similar to dress but shorter.
