Soft pleats fall from a wide neckband; sleeves connect to side panels with gussets and are pleated at wrists into buttoned bands. Shoulder yokes and pocket welts are sometimes decorated with chain stitching (design and instructions included), as are the neck and wristbands. Can be worn by men as an overshirt and by women as mid-calf length dress. Pattern is uncut and complete. Folkwear Patterns were produced by a California company in the 70's. This is a large envelope. The pattern pieces are on 20 lb weight paper, not tissue.
