Description LOVELY DRESS 1945, THE WAR WAS JUST ENDING.. WOMEN were working and this would be a nice dress for going to work, or shopping.. simplicity 1381, nice pockets, great Erin pockets.. little cap style sleeves or 3/4 length sleeves.. button bodice, smart dress.. cut and checked out ok the belt piece is missing .. rest is accounted for .. dart fit bodice buttons down the front and finished with a pointed collar.. The skirt features a centre front pleat and is seamed down the center back.. pointed buttons in front which is missing.. style 1 is fashioned with an open neckline and cap sleeves. in style II a purchased tie is worn and the three quarter sleeves are finished with cuffs.. collar and skirt are trimmed with saddle stitching. zipper on the side.. purchase tie for II.. size 14, bust 32, waist 26 1/2 and hip 35 inches.. old pattern old sizing. WEAR ON PATTERN JACKET..
