Description 18" tall 1961-1981 Effanbee Suzie Sunshine doll, 18" tall, (also called Honey doll), light skin doll, all vinyl jointed body, rooted blonde hair, sleep eyes, lashes and face freckles designed by Eugenia Dukas. Doll marked: Effanbee ?? 1961. in original clothes she has the blue check long dress and apron. nice condition from a large doll acquisition. pictures will follow as I received her.. very nice condition with original gold heart tag stating her name.. love her pinafore apron with embroidered hem.. cute doll. only been on display.. hair needs a bit of attention., bangs, pigtails and looks like original ribbons.. bike room inventory 2166
