11.5'' 62 BARBIE CLONE UNEEDA WENDY BRUNETTE PONYTAIL DOLL, RED STRIPE SWIMSUIT

11.5" Uneeda Wendy in original red and white swimsuit. Exotic looking fashion doll with black eyes, extended eyeliner and molded lashes. Doll has arched brows and small pursed lips. Her dark brown rooted hair is pulled back in a long ponytail. Wendy was Uneeda's version of Mattel's Barbie. She had many fashions you could purchase and she could fit Barbie clothes as well. Doll is all vinyl with larger arched feet. She has molded bumps on top of her foot to keep shoes from sliding off. Doll wears her original red and white strapless swimsuit and has open toe white plastic shoes. The swimsuit color can vary as she is found with different colored striped suits. Wendy is in beautiful condition with no stains or splits in her vinyl. Her color is nice and her hair is bright and shiny with no trims. Marks: U on back of neck. Circa 1962.
