24'' 1920 CDN D.T.M.C. COMPO HEAD BOY, MOLDED HAIR, UNIFORM SHOES

THIS BOY IS SO INTERESTING AND SOO VERY OLD. sorry I do not know his whole history.. Recently acquired from a large doll estate in B.C. this boy is tall at 24 inches approx.. I am pretty sure he is the Dominion doll Canadian from 1920 on page 171 of the big hard cover Canadian doll book. excelsior stuffed cloth body and legs, gauntlet forearms, his arms are shorter, composition shoulderhead and he may have been repainted at one time, he looks great and in nice condition. no lifts or flaking.. he has a bit of paint loss on his lips.. moulded blonde hair, painted blue eyes, closed mouth. and DTMC on his shoulder plate.. I absolutely love his sporty baseball type vintage outfit and his socks and brown suedine shoes are so old.. I took them off to take pictures which I should not have. don't think this doll is played with a lot.. bit of wear on his cloth stuffed legs., a repair on back side of one leg.. overall very nice doll and Dominion DTMC dolls are hard to find.. 1920 and about 24 inches tall.. handsome boy. inventory #2025 doll rm shelf 1 ff ok
