Description 9.5 inches tall 40s maybe whimsy doll or earlier, hat, feathers, silk flower, on a metal gold stand, high heel leather boots. Black stripe dress. Grey hair.. inventory 2508 inventoried shelf 6 doll room. hat is felt and marabu feathers, arms have wire. unique and interesting doll... the basic black dress seems to be made of that old rayon type fabric with silky ribbons on top... she has a really old beige windowpane slip, and those legs are precious, very thin, not bendable I do not think but wired. and old fashion black high heel boots.. everything about her is unique.. and old round metal stand. she kind of looks like Cruella.. she has a cloth type face with embroidered features,, grey soft hair that feels like mohair or lamb. a grand lady.
