9.5" BRASS ANTIQUE VANITY OR VINTAGE BRUSH, PINK BACKGROUND, LADY PICTURE

i do not know the history of this brush or the exact era. It seems to be very heavy brass handle and frame. The back of the brush is a soft pink with an oval containing a picture of a Victorian era lady I believe the bristles are set into celluloid and cannot identify the stiff bristles.. I was thinking perhaps 1920 to 1930 on estimate. Heavy item. filed inv 11 2020 lr bin. This brush is about 9.5 inches long. We are not experts..
