9'' CAR TODDLER AUBURN THUMBELINA DOLL, WORKS, RATTLE 1168

THEY JUST DON'T GET MORE DEAR OR UNFORGETTABLE OR PRECIOUS THAN NEWBORN THUMBELINAS and this one is so cute and the first I have had like her.. string is intact and pull the string out and she wiggles.. head seems a little bit loose but she is all intact. some wear on her cute body and molded white boots.. her hair is still in her original red pigtails and I just removed the broken elastics... she came with a soft pink fleecy wrap jacket that I will include for her journey home. as you see her with blue painted inset eyes, cheeky grin, vinyl lower limbs, cloth body. and have dressed her in a nice yellow print dress, she loves yellow.. and a vintage eyelet pinafore dress.. have attached her rattle to the ribbon on her pinafore... she goes home with two little pink print dresses, a vintage copper knitted sweater, a blue fleece baby blanket and a yellow brush for her darling red hair.. 1969 back of her head and Ideal B773-H-124. the numbers may be off a bit, hard to read them accurately... I have a vintage petticoat nylon slip under her dress so it stands out nicely.. As I received her, previously owned and loved, not perfect but perfectly adorable. and the string works... 9 inches tall she is shown in the Ideal Dolls book page 260.... inventory #1168. OUR GIRL toddler has several tags on her, the Newborn Thumbelina Tag with Car Toddler on one side, in dark blue, and the tush tag on the other side of her body.. made in Hong Kong and the tag is clear.. I call her Annabelle. and in the Ideal book just noticed a Toddler Thumbelina 1971 that drives a car, our girl does not come with a car but perhaps that is why Car is on her label! inventoried. filed shelf 6 doll room
