The pink braid trim is at the hem and forms a high collar on the long sleeve soft velour mini dress.

This outfit can be harder to find - the yellow hose are especially difficult to come by.  5 2022

This simple shift style dress was very popular in the 1960s.  I think one of the reasons for its popularity is that many women made their own clothes and this was an easier style to sew. 

The bright yellow velour is a good example of the early mod style - when things were starting to get wilder - but not all the way yet.   nice yellow dress with bright pink trim.     filed 1 2021 ok   our dress is overall fair to good.   there is not a hook and eye at the top collar and  it looks like the previous owners made a slot for the middle hook to slide into. IT WORKS.   and that is where the thread loop would have been.    so it closes.   filed 5 2021 inv and including a nice pair of yellow pilgrims blank both combined.  7 2022 box 2 inv
