12" PLUSH VINTAGE TALKING OWL, SIGMUND FREUD? ORIGINAL VEST COMMONWEALTH TOY

This is an Owl that talks like Sigmund Freud, he is a pull to talk. He is very unique and rare or hard to find  I believe this is who this Owl stuffed animal or bird is with Commonwealth label.  He talks and I do not quite understand what he is saying. it is speedy and a bit garbled.. so this owl needs some work on his talking skills... original outfit, could be   cleaned up a bit, not perfect  one foot in orange felt is missing. has the tie and vest in felt. some wear..    Commonwealth Toy US label   He is about 12 or 13 inches tall..    filed bills box ds
