Description 6 INCH REDHEAD NANCY ANN STORYBOOK DOLL WEARING A LOVELY CHARCOAL STRIPE DRESS WITH HOT PINK RIBBON AND BLACK LACE TRIM.. INTERESTING, A DOLL CLUB MEMBER OWNED THIS DOWLL AND HAS A TAG SAYING IT IS NANCY ANN STORYBOOK "ROSES ARE RED" SERIES. SHE is lovely with auburn wavy hair, sleep eyes, closed painted mouth, even on a doll stand.. she has a nice red rose in the centre of her lower hem.... the owner dated her to 1943 but this doll is hard plastic and is a bit later than that perhaps mid to late 50s. nice condition. and our gal has her original gold tag on her wrist says Storybook Dolls by Nancy Ann. #23 Roses are Red so that makes her official. filed doll room shelf 7 12 2023 INV
