another unique doll from Florence doll estate.. he is wooden, all wood and about 16 inches tall.. He is called Josip and she purchased Josip in 1982., very solid and heavy, interesting folk art doll AND info from her says he is Jugoslavia. has some lovely braided clothes on a vest and with peasant cotton long sleeves, hat on the head too. felt hair and applied felt eyes and mouth. , no arms in the sleeves.. one long piece of carved wood, belt at waist and the round head on the top, nice tanned skin tone. inventory #1992.
