Dress, mid-calf, has loose-fitting, back blouson bodice with side front seams (openings for belt), inside belt, straight skirt with front pleats, side zipper/snap closing and two-piece sleeves with below-elbow length variations. A: contrast, detachable collar and button cuffs and purchased belt. B: self belt. Purchased scarf  vogue 2445 uncut nice pattern used a web picture.. size 12 to 16  bust 34 to 38 inches.   average skill..  reproduction original 1956 design. use worsted, wool crepe etc..
