Flare skirt with soft box pleats at front has pockets in side seams, side zip, snap closing. self scarf has purchased or hand worked tassels. separate half slip is missing.. the half slip was darted into inside grosgrain ribbon waistband, side zip closing. purchased belt.. size 12, modern sizing, bust 34, waist 26 1/2 inches.. use soft fabrics..
