Description Vogue sewing pattern was designed by Oscar de la Renta in 1996. Miss miss petite jacket and skirt.. use novelty tweeds, boucle etc.. It makes a lined, hip length jacket with a bias tie collar and a straight, lined skirt. Loose fit lined hip length jacket has bias collar, shoulder pads, side panels, no side seams.. flaps, pockets and long two pc sleeves with cuffs..
