Wide collarless neck-line.   APPEARS to be original folds  no loose punched tissue pieces.  Vogue 7992 vintage pattern.. lovely condition for its age..  bit of wear on edge. used Wikki picture..  1953  use denim, cotton broadcloth, linen, shantung etc..    OLD SIZING 18  BUST 36,   HIP 39 INCHES AND  hip measured differently in that decade..
