Description I believe this is a teen doll by Dee and Cee circa 1961 in the dolls of Canada page 156. 17 inches tall. plastic teen body.. named Cindy, popular line of dolls in the 60s.. jointed hips, waist, shoulders and nec.. vinyl head, brown sleep eyes, love her brown pinwheels, lashes painted lowr lashes, rooted brown hair, losed mouth.. high fashion teenaged doll Cindy came in three outfits,, this is as I received her with original white strappy heels.. needs a bath, and her hair needs grooming.. as I received her.. collector room INVENTORY 1855.. her dress is nice and vintage with a velvet black inset at the midriff.
