Vogue American Designer 2937; ca. 1982; Perry Ellis - Misses' Jacket and Culottes. Loose-fitting, unlined, below hip length jacket has collar, dropped shoulders, self-lined yoke and below elbow length sleeves. Yoke is cut on crossgrain. Mid-thigh or mid-calf length culottes have wide, bias waistband extending into tie ends, side pocket and side pocket opening. Purchased tops.  used a wikki picture wear on pattern jacket..   size 6 modern sizing   78 cm bust    all accounted for cut shorter and page 3 instructions is missing..   use soft or crisp fabrics..
