Description This is a 1989 Butterick 4285 children's, girls', boys' costume sewing pattern. Costume A has loose-fitting pullover top with back slit, tie ends and long sleeves. Costume B has bib with pocket, cuffs with velcro closing and purchased time. A and B stuffed head, neck and body with elastic waist and lower edge. Costume C has very loose-fitting unlined jacket, button trim and long sleeves. Stuffed hood has attached hat with brim and bow.
