V. 1 with long bias bound set-in sleeves gathered at lower edges has thread carriers and self tie belt. V. 2 is sleeveless. Simplicity 7990 size 8 bust 31.5 inches cut and checked out ok. Designer fashion.. just when sizing changed over.
