1969  MISSES' BUTTON FRONT BLOUSE  
This is a  vintage 1969 Simplicity Blouse Pattern  size 12   uncut..
The blouse with forward shoulder seams and front button closing has notched collar and slit opening in side seams. V. 1, 2 and 3 with optional top stitching and scarf have long set in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. Top stitched V 4 has short set in sleeves. V. 5 is sleeveless.  uncut nice pattern condition used web picture size 12  bust 34, just when sizing changed over waist 25.5 inches..    use cottons etc..
