McCall's 9591; ©1968; Misses' Blouse and Pants. Blouse with long, raglan, bell sleeves and long bell bottom pants. Blouse, lightly fitted by French darts in front, has center back zipper and faced neck, V-shaped in front. Sleeves have shoulder darts. Four section pants are gathered at waist by elastic in casing.  USED WEB PICTURE..   1968 when sizing changed over.. mccalls 9591 cut and checked out ok all accounted for size 10 bust 32.5 inches..  ONLY 7 PATTERN PIECES.. REALLY COOL HIPPIE WOODSTOCK ERA PATTERN..  use pants, cottons, flannel, bonded jersey etc. and blouse print silks or cottons etc...
