Description Butterick 2939; ca. early 1960s; Junior and Misses' Shirtwaist Dress. Fitted shirtwaist with convertible collar, unpressed pleated skirt. (A) Long sleeves, matching scarf. Purchased belt. (B) Roll-up sleeves. (C) Collarless and sleeveless dress with matching scarf and belt. Top stitch trim. .. LOVE THIS INNOCENT shirtwaist dress and scarf.. great pattern cut and checked out ok. misses shirtwaist dress only 9 pieces, this is misses size 10, bust 31, waist 24 and hip 33 inches. the old sizing. use cottons, linens, denims, broadcloth, madras, pongees.. circa late 50s to very early 1960s.. wee bit of wear.. nice dress pattern. AND HAVE ONE IN SIZE 12, BUST 32 INCHES, wear on pattern jacket. cut and checked out ok but the scarf the triangle scarf is missing, rest is accounted for.. choose one size from menu that you require.
