17'' VALENTINE BALLERINA DOLLIKINS 1958 DOLL ORIGINAL OUTFIT #498

BEAUTIFUL GIRL FROM 1958 vALENTINE and Canadian I believe.... Dollikins type hard plastic doll, ballerina style as you see her in her lovely vintage ballerina styled gown, light pink taffeta, a few marks on the underdress, and layers of netting with jewel decorations on it... soft vinyl face, blue sleep eyes, nice shoulder length or a bit longer brown wavy rooted hair. closed mouth. original undies and heels.. back of neck 17VW.. good home please. clearing out the dolls. very lovely ballgown she is wearing totally all net crinoline on the outside and pale pink full skirt underneath.. previously owned.. lovely long ballerina fingers, could almost play a piano.. had her for several years on display.. the netting is a grey off white color.. and think it originally was a very pale pink tone.. as you see her. .. shipping for her is expensive international ovrseas.. inventory #498 nice rhinestone type jewels throughout her gown. and little doo dads.. believe she is about 17 to 18 inches tall and wearing original white strappy shoes as shown in picture. taken from the Canadian book of dolls re 17VW, Valentine 1958 19 inches. heavy vinyl body, jointed ankles, knees, hips, waist, shoulders and neck. Vinyl head, thick hair this girls hair is longer and would be nice freshened up and rolled up like ballerina's hair do. now the Valentine doll of 1958 also came with a trunk containing a formal gown which would be what our girl is wearing, actually the floor gown is a long version of the ballerina tutu, the skirt seems quite similar it seems, except our girls skirt is long. the arms are vinyl and the coloring is off a bit,, there are marks on her body.. took extra pictures.. amazing ankles and joints, very articulated like a dollikin but believe this is not a true dollikins. dollroom shelf 3 bottom inventoried filed    3 2022 INV.
