These costumes are designed for light to medium weight woven fabrics and firm knits. You can use cotton, cotton types, satin, lam_, sequenced fabrics. Use netting, tulle or sheer fabrics for the tutu. You can mix all the pieces for many costume designs. The leotard is finished with elastic on all of the outside edges and the binding on the front neckline extends into shoulder straps. The cape has a shaped bottom edge and a Velcro???? closure. The bolero is self fabric lined with self fabric ties. The conical hat is covered with fabric and we used a sheer fabric tassel.
