11 INCH MADAME ALEXANDER COMPOSITION BABY, SLEEP EYES, CLOTH BODY WELL DRESSED  AS i RECEIVED THIS BABY WITH COMPO head, sleep eyes, closed mouth, lower limbs are compo cloth body and wearing a vintage gauzy gown, two lovely hats  and a pink rayon or satin coat lace trim.  This baby has  undies as well..  very very nice condition from a large madame alexander doll collection.  filed bin 9 2022 inv  and from doll reference  1936+ Alexander Character Babies; Baby Genius, Baby Kitty, Baby McGuffey, Butch or Bitsey, Cookie, Little Genius, Precious, Princess Alexandria, Slumbermate, 11-24" tall, composition head, hands and legs, cloth stuffed body (some with criers) or composition jointed bent limb body, molded hair, wigged or both, painted or sleep eyes, open or closed mouth, doll marked on neck: ALEX or ALEXANDER.   so this is a 1936 onwards character baby doll.
