PULLOVER nightgown with V neck is gathered into front and back yokes and has gathered lower ruffle.. Long sleeves with gathered caps has elastic at wrist.. collar, lower edges of sleeves and ruffle have eyelet trim.. the kids size extra small fits the 36 inch doll this adult size covers x small to large adult. 6 to 20 bust 30 1/2 to 42 inches.. use flannel, cottons.. great granny gown pattern, odl fashioned and yet so modern and nostalgic.. easy mccalls 4594. for adult sizing choose large in the menu and have one kids sizing uncut, all sizes, uncut one goes first, and one that is originally xs to large , cut at size small so size 2 to 3 to 4 is best utilized for the children's pattern all accounted for. choose small in the menu for the children sizing AND i HAVE ONE IN ADULT sizing as well last one to go cut at size small so 6 to 12 is best utilized for this sizing, thanks.
