C with patch pocket or D with drawstring in lower casing has high cut armholes.. use cotton broadcloth, cottons, ltwt seersucker, challis, knit velour, ltwt double knits etc.. x large size 22 to 24 bust 44 to 46 inches.. really sweet go anywhere tops.. carefree patterns.. choose extra large in the menu,, and have one uncut one in size small size 10 to 12, bust 32 1/2 to 34 inches.. choose small in the menu uncut refolded a bit.
