Simplicity 4646; ©1954; Misses' Blouse: Fitted blouse has sleeves cut in one with front and back. A wide pointed collar and zipper left side opening is featured. View 1 has three-quarter length sleeves with pointed cuffs. View 2 has cuffed short sleeves. Saddle stitching is optional. actual pictures attached. lovely condition..
