Wide top stitching accents fold above pleat. View 1, welt and tab trim right front. Tab is top stitched and buttons to skirt. Belt slips through carriers on view 3 waistband. Buttons trim fold... very nice skirt in any decade. Used web pictures, bit of edge wear, overall good. waist 28 inches, hip 37 inches old sizing. partly cut checked out ok all accounted for
