Simplicity 4979; ca. 1963; Misses' Two-Piece Jiffy Dress: "Simple to Make". (Suitable for border prints). The skirt has no placket, using a waistline casing with elastic. The blouse scooped neckline closes at the center back with two buttons and loops, and there is also a zipper closing in the left side seam. The short-sleeved blouse uses a 2" wide self fabric or purchased belt for V. 1 V. 2 has a self fabric tie belt. V. 2 skirt, in bordered fabric, has only a center back seam and top is sleeveless.    nice pattern used a  WIKKI web picture...      size 14  bust 34 older sizing  ..   use cottons, pique, sailcloth, velveteen, linen, silks, jersey etc for 1 and border fabrics for view 2  cut and checked out ok all accounted for
