V. 1 has double cape type flared collar. The unlined jacket with bias binding at V neck has long set-in sleeves, shaped lower edge, self ruffles, and bias bow over hook and eye closing.  USED WIKKI PICTURE.  UNCUT  VERY NICE PATTERN SIZE 14  BUST 36 INCHES MODERN SIZING...  use crepe, jersey, surah, chintz, print silk,  soft ltwt double knit etc. etc..
