Description This is another fine VOGUE pattern , VERY EASY VOGUE 7541 size 8 only, NEWER sizing, bust 31 1/2, waist 24 and hip 33 1/2 inches, circa 1970s.. dress and belt.. bit of wear on pattern jacket from storage, original folds.. loose fit dress with blouson bodice and strt front wrap skirt, five inches below mid knee length at center back.. has bias bodice front with cowl neckline, back zip closing, bodice pleated and skirt gathered into waist seam. Dress also has pockets in side seams, tulip hemline and self tie belt.. back extends to front and is cut in one with short sleeves or full length sleeves with button cuffs.. not due to cut of garment, shading may occur with some fabrics.. use soft fabrics, silk, jersey, etc.. more difficult could use charmeuse, crepe de chine, crepe back satin.. nice dress in any decade... semi fit and flare dress below mid knee or lower calf, shoulder pads, princess seams, short or long sleeves. narrow hem.
