Flare double layered skirt below mid calf, elastic waist. Straight leg pants, very loose fit thru hips, elastic waist. most use silkie crepe, silkie jaquard, ltwt crepe.. skirt C of chiffon and georgette.. originally size 14 to 18.. one piece the skirt cut to 14., bust 36 to 40 inches.. very easy rating pattern would be best utilized at a size 14.. and also have one originally 14 to 18 partly cut at 16 rest is uncut, very last one to go. uncut ones go first..
