CHRISTIAN DIOR 2 BREASTED COAT, TUCK DRESS PATTERN 12..This is another fine VOGUE PATTERN .. circa early 70s Vogue 1734 size 12, bust 34, hip 26 1/2 inches, newer sizing... partly cut all checked out ok and intact.. AND ONLY A FEW PIECES ARE CUT,, partly cut and all accounted for.. misses coat and dress.. Christian Dior Vogue 1734 Paris original.. loose fit slightly shaped double breasted lined coat, can be worn ver fit jacket, four inches below mid knee, notched collar, wide lapels, very 70s, shoulder pads, slanted welt with pockets, back waistline seam, overlap back vent, full length sleeves with mock vent closing.. Martingale belt holds in fullness and pleats at back... etc... topstitching.. purchased scarf.. semi fit dress four inches below mid knee or evening length, front and back pin tucks, round neck, standing collar extending into tie ends, front button band closing, elastic waist, full length sleeves gathered into button cuffs. purchased blet.., nice all purpose dress and double breasted smart coat, love pin tucks,,,even over 35 years later... size 12 waist 26 1/2 inches.. use soft or crisp fabrics, silk linen, poplin, ottoman, silk and worsted, tweeds, flannel, cashmere, double knits for coat.. soft fabrics like jersey, challis, ltwt wool crepe, pongee etc for dress....... lots of individual pieces not cut and looks like only the skirt front and back of the dress was cut.. thick pattern heavy... cut and checked out ok nice dress and 2 breasted 1970s coat pattern by vogue 1734 only few pieces cut., Christian Dior, great ensemble... and we combine shipping too. thick and heavy pattern.
