Dress has very short kimono sleeves and back vent. Gathered overskirt has ribbon waistband and front closing. Contrasting detachable cape collar is lace trimmed. Contrasting Peter-Pan collar is detachable.   simplicity 3299 junior 9 bust 30.5 inches, older sizing..  partly cut and checked out ok nice pattern bit of edge wear..  used web picture..        waist 23.5 inches.. use for dress and collars cottons, broadcloth, pique, linen, rayons, silks. etc. etc..     junior dress, detachable collars, overskirt and tie.. cute pattern...     a few notations on pattern jacket.. simple to make..
