Lined jacket has 3/4 length set-in sleeves, front button closing and bow-like trim. great pattern nice condition, bit of writing on front but good condition original folds.. used wikki picture. simplicity 4689 size 18 1/2 bust 39 inches, old sizing. waist 33, hip 43 inches.. zipper.. use cottons, broacloth, cotton crepe, lace, velveteen, silks , satin, wools etc.. one piece dress and jacket misses half sizes for ladies 5 ft 3 inches and under..
